“Very nice stop (again) for ice cream”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 27, 2013

The Pultneyville Deli is a great place to stop for a quick bite to eat, or even just for a nice ice cream cone after the picnic. (That's what we did today.) Always spotless inside, the menu is more geared towards the sandwich lunch, with coolers filled with a slew of different beverages.

My two daughters both had ice cream today. I couldn't, because their only low-sugar flavor with butter pecan, (no thanks), but both the girls enjoyed their ice cream. Their prices are low, and they always have outside seating available. A fun place, and we will be back.

“A Touch of Class”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 8, 2013

Excellent food and service. Owner is usually walking around making sure folks are pleased. Great menu. In the summer, the porch is open. We eat out a lot and this is our favorite.

“Quaint, nice deli and ice cream stand”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 5, 2012

We stopped at the Pultneyville Deli yesterday on the way home from a picnic at the lake. I hadn't stopped into this place since it had been a store several years ago. I was really impressed with the conversion they did, ripping out the inside of the place and rebuilding it into a lovely little deli and dessert spot. They had tables set up both outside and in, and a nice counter where their friendly servers were doing a brisk business in both deli items as well as ice cream.

The ice cream was very reasonably priced, and the other food items I saw were comparably inexpensive. I was also impressed by their cookie display. They had cookies that were positively jinormous, (that's a word now, right), for $1.50 a piece. They easily wold have fed three people!

Anyway, this was a great place to stop for just about anything. I highly recommend it.

“What a Goldmine”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 25, 2012

I watched this building being built, but hadn't eaten there til the other day. I was so pleasantly surprised! The special was the fish tacos, so I decided to try them. They were awesome! They have a varied menu of sandwiches, pizza, and salads, along with soup of the day. They also serve breakfast. The breakfast sandwiches are really tasty. They offer a room upstairs, seating inside the Deli or tables outside where you can sit and relax. Definitely worth a stop if you're out diving along the lake!
