Sydney's catered a special occasion dinner for 21 for me at my home this past Saturday. Unbelievable job, very professional, and the food was incredible: hors d'oevres -- grilled baby lamb chops with mint sauce; baked oysters with gruyere and herbs; sweet potato crepes with duck salad; and grilled brie and pear; 1st course: Caesar Salad; Entree: Herb Rolled Veal Roast with Mushroom Risotta, French Green Beans, and a Tomato Tart, and Seared Salmon with Honey and Whole Grain Mustard Glaze. Each dish was absolutely delicious. The preparation and service were impeccable. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or to heartily recommend them.
