After dinning here many times and leaving happy I have decided to write a review about what use to be! The hostess was smiling and helpful, the waiter was happy and seemed to want to do his job and the food was delicious! That was until last December! December 2010 was the first time I had a unhappy waiter who treated us like he could have cared less and the food was so so! But since we have been here many times we decided it was just a fluke! So we returned in March and again in May only to be dissappointed again and again! Last month we had family visiting who had been there before with us and asked to go back so once agin we gave it a shot! I do not know what has happened to the old City Cellar but it is gone and so are we!

Huge bar great wine list.....The food is ok nothing to wriite home about.. The menu is very stale and needs revamping

Went to City Cellar in Westbury with 8 people. Large selection of wine, but after that service at table was not good. Entrees got served right on top of appetizers, one guest was handed a hot plate and didn't burn her hand, but she was not happy. The waiter try to make ammends with a free desert tray, but never offered coffee. Some of us liked their food, but most were unhappy. I would stop by for a wine at the bar, but not for dinner.

Went here for lunch for the 2 for 20.99 deal. This was my third time eating at City Cellar. The quality/taste of the food has taken a turn for the worse. Service was slow and inattentive. OK if you need just a cheap lunch.

We had a group of 9 this past Tuesday and service was the worst I've ever had. Food OK but overpriced. Two weeks ago party of 8, service OK, food average, overpriced. Wont be back any time soon.
