Erravilla Country Estate
Ranked #9 of 12 Yallingup B&B and Inns
Reviewed June 2, 2012

We booked last minute for a 2 night getaway, then realised it was the April school holidays! Not to worry, Erravilla was a delightful retreat, hidden away, but not far from beautiful wineries & galleries. The breakfast, as everyone comments, is the highlight, delivered to your door at a time thats been decided on at check-in & a great start to the day. Priceless! Our room, the honeymoon suite, was okay, plenty big enough, but maybe a tad tired. All in all, we loved it here, the free wifi was an added bonus, my husband was able to stream the Marathon de Sables in Morocco, where he had an athlete competing! Surreal!

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel very special. Anya had picked the perfect room for us for the 3 nights (we had a balcony room, made us the most unbelievable breakfast which she delivered to our room - it was just so good! We were even able to barbeque one night and had use of the kitchen. This is the ideal getaway to soothe the nerves and relax, even Poppy the dog made you feel very welcome. Definitely would recommend this place - great spot also to discover and explore the Margaret River area if you can tear yourself away from Erravilla. Loved it - thank you Anya, you're a star.

I've been meaning to write this review for months - finally getting around to it. It was all set to be a disaster - Yallingup had just had the massive storms and we arrived to no power and no water! Nature's fault but fixed by Anya :) The night we arrived we had beautiful massages that Anya had organised on our behalf with a gorgeous girl called Casey, had an amazing dinner delivered to our room complete with dessert and bottle of wine given to us graciously by Anya apologising for the storm (not your fault!). We had a beautiful and well appointed room, loads of privacy and the grounds were beautiful and peaceful. Life had been really hard at that time and those two nights gave us the most amazing and memorable break. Breakfast on both mornings was absolutely delicious as well as being a visual delight. My boyfriend and I are still talking about the amazing time we had and cannot recommend it highly enough.

We have just returned for 2 nights at Erravilla. What a fab place to just sit back and relax. The rooms are to a high standard, very clean & comfortable, we had a balcony room, the spa bath was a real treat, the balcony to sit out at night with a galaxy of stars overhead was just awesome, listening to the Roo's hopping around in the dark. The breakfast ..............are something to write home about, the presentation is excellent and it was delicious. Erravilla is off the beaten track in such a beautiful area, Anya is a lovely host and we will certainly be back.

We booked Erravilla for our wedding anniversary and we were not disappointed. The reviews that we had read, and the pictures we had seen did not do this beautiful location justice. Anya was the perfect host and went out of her way to ensure everything was perfect.
Our room was spectacular ( we had the honeymoon suite ) and we enjoyed sharing our terrace with the dogs and even chickens during our morning breakfast.
If you want to stay in a beautiful natural location were every attention to detail is on the mark and you want to relax and take time to listen to nature, then this location is for you.

Room Tip: The honeymoon suite is massive.

We stayed for two nights in January 2011 and cannot recommend the Estate enough.

Avoid the usual suspects and stay somewhere with integrity and passion about the industry they operate in.

Stayed at Erravilla for just the one night during our whirlwind trip to Perth and Margaret River.

Couldn't have chosen a better place to stay - wow. The estate itself is just amazing - a bit off the beaten track, but acres of beautiful farmland.

Greeted by the delightfully chatty and excitable owner (forgotten her name, I'm afraid) who made us feel very welcome, gave us some suggestions for wineries to visit and places to eat, and showed us to our room.

We had booked the honeymoon suite, which was huge and nicely appointed. Large 4-poster bed, spa bath in the centre of the room, and a great view across the farm. There's a Large selection of DVDs to watch from the comfort of the big bed!

The breakfast was the highlight of the stay - a full breakfast, scrambled eggs mixed with brie (yum!), and presented beautifully with flowers. Just wow!

Nearby lots of great wineries, a chocolate cafe, caves to explore, and beautiful forests.

Highly recommended to all - especially for a romantic getaway!

Room Tip: The honeymoon suite is huge with a spa in the middle of the room. View out to the farm and brakfast...
