Really enjoyed our stay at the Seashells Apartments, so well appointed, everything you could possibly need, very well designed and very clean. So relaxing. The surroundings are lovely and tranquil. Enjoyed restaurant and pub. Lovely walk to the beach.
Enjoyed our stay so much we extended. Did not want to leave. Staff really helpful
Would stay forever

We were more than pleasantly surprised when we saw our appartment, all the appliances were top notch. Decor and furnishings well looked after and everything spotlessly clean. The location for us was good. There was a restaurant on site as well as a bar and the prices were not over the top. Nearest town is Dunsborough which has a reasonable selection of shops and places to eat.
We stayed in the Garden Wing of the appartments (Room211), this looked onto the gardens, we had parrots visit late afternoon and they were very ammusing to watch.
Lots of wineries close by well worth visiting - don't miss Laurences, make sure to visit the restrooms, they are something else!
Only a 15 minute stroll to the beach, one of the best surf beaches we've seen. Would definately stay there again and would not hesitate to recommend.

We were upgraded to a 1 bedroom apartment with spa and had an enjoyable stay of 2 nights. There is plenty of free parking on site. The apartment was spacious and clean. Facilities included a kitchenette with dishwasher, fridge, kettle, toaster, stovetop, cooking pots & utensils, crockery, cutlery and glasses for 4. There were also laundry facilities including a washer, iron & ironing board. The lounge/living area was spacious with a sofa, airconditioner, coffee table, small table with 2 chairs, TV, DVD, small desk with phone and internet connection. A sliding door opened on to a patio area with table & chairs and a view of the garden area which also has bbqs and outdoor tables and benches. The bedroom was spacious with a comfortable bed, wardrobe and bedside tables. The ensuite bathroom contained a spa, shower, sink and toilet. The apartments are only serviced every 3rd day (unless you pay for the service) for longer stays, so it may be advisable to bring extra toiletries etc as only 1 small bottle of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel is initially provided as well as 2 small bars of soap. The kitchenette was supplied with 2 sachets of dishwashing machine powder and also large pump bottles of laundry liquid and dishwashing liquid. There is a general store a short walk from the resort if you need to buy supplies, or Dunsborough town is approximately a 10-minute drive. There is a restaurant and bar on site but we did not use these so can’t comment further. The beach is approximately a 20-minute walk away and the resort is a good central hub to explore the wine region.

Look the now Seashells (us being in the original "Caves House") is a step into the pst. It's a lovely old hotel and we stayed in one of the upmarket spa rooms with "shared" balconey.

It's a lovely classic building from the pst but not my taste. My partner loved it though. The best aspect was the service. From both our room service dinner to breakfast to time at the hotel bar. Everyone was helpful, the food was excellent and the ambiance delightdul.

Would go again BUT may stay in the newer rooms to compare. Was a bit expensive I thought for the accomadation but everything alse was normal for the area.
