We should have followed our instincts when we first walked in. In town for long weekend so we thought we would get fish & chips. Lets start at the front counter where the person taking the order was obviously under the influence of some mind altering substance and was sniffing and wiping her nose on her hands, pacing from front of the shop to the back. She told us it would be 20 mins and it took an hour! As for the one person cooking the fish & chips he was in no rush at all. Now for the food. We paid for snapper and I seriously doubt that this is what we got. The batter on the fish was so thick it was twice the size of the fish. The fish was grey in color. The chips were discusting and brown. Please do not bother. There are better fish and chips in town. So angry at ourselves for paying for complete rubbish, let's face it fish and chips is no longer a cheap family take out meal.
