“Magic.”

Fantastic snorkeling, safe swimming, no beach and a rocky entrance to the water! Listen to the high tide warnings so you don't damage the coral.

“Fabulous, but only at high tide”
Reviewed May 20, 2014

Based on local recommendation we ventured from Exmouth to this snorkling spot arriving 40 minutes before high tide. The coral is not as colourful as Northern Queensland but is impressive in its own right, but the fish variety and quantity was fabulous. This is a low reef area so the warning about only snorkling around high tide is really important - too easy to damage the corals at lower tides. Not many easy entry points at high tide (perhaps only 1). We tried to go in off rocks and took a hit doing so. Still, it was well worth it.

“The best snorkeling I've done”
Reviewed May 15, 2014

It may look rocky and hard to get into but once you are in the water it's well worth it. Saw so many types of fish and coral in shallow water.
