Yardie Creek Boat Tour we booked the day prior (Must book ahead or face disappointment after a 1.5 hour drive from Exmouth).

The “captain” - Ash, was a card. Funny, very Australian and knowledgeable of the site, wildlife, history and his ability to spot rock wallabies (We saw 17 on our trip)

The weather was amazing and we had still calm to get mirror shots.

Great for all ages.

We agree! Definitely worth the 90 minute drive to get to Yardie Creek - thanks for the great review of YCBT & I'll make sure Ash sees your comments - excellent that you spotted 17 Black Footed Rock Wallabies on your tour also! YCBT

Yesterday we undertook a cruise up the Yardie Creek in Exmouth. Our host was very knowledgeable about the area and it’s history. The boat tour was very interesting and the views were beautiful. There was lots of wildlife and plants to look up on the way and it was very relaxing. Would thoroughly recommend it for anyone.

Yardie Creek Boat Tour was fabulous. Our “captain” provided an entertaining and informative commentary on the wildlife, landform and history of the area. We spotted stingrays and a small shark amidst the mangroves, and heading upstream, he pointed out many rock wallabies and birds sitting quietly on the red cliffs. The environment was beautiful and the hour-long boat trip well worth the drive to the end of the road. I would thoroughly recommend this trip.
