“We'll be back!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 20, 2011

After looking at the reviews on trip adviser, I booked 3 nights ( buy 2 and get one free) for 5 people. We stayed in 12B, and thought it was great. It exceeded out expectations. The place was clean, modern, well equipt. Had a gorgeous out look to trees and the ocean. Loved the heated swimming pool and tennis courts. We're hoping to book in again soon.

My Husband and I stayed in the three storey apartment over our wedding period in February 2011. On arrival we thought wow, very modern decor, awesome view of the beach. The top story was very open and airy, The second level had 3 kingsize beds all with ensuites and balcony. The bottom level was ideal for entertaining, the doors opened up to a beautiful lawn area and we often entertained making use of the table tennis table and rattan outdoor furniture. Overall it was better than expected and we would reccommend to everyone.

The Regency Beach Club villas are amazing! Spacious, modern, well-equipped, peaceful, & perfect location! We hired two villas for a friends wedding & all couples had ensuites and large bedrooms with incredibly comfortable beds & pillows. There were other wedding guests in other villas & we didn't hear a peep from anyone. There is a beautiful pool and tennis courts & the beach is on the door step. The gardens and surrounds are immaculate. The well equipped games rooms in one of the villas that we rented was a huge plus for the boys! It was a perfect weekend and would definately recommend this accommodation.

This place was better than the pictures. I was initially surprised to read only one review on this place...these villas are a gem. I can't compare it with the other properties in the area but to me this house/villa was perfect.
Travelling with two small children (9 mths and 3 years old) its important for the holiday home to have at least some of the comforts you would have in your own home...and this one did. We stayed in house no. 23 which was closer to the road and further away from the beach but that was ok since it was winter and we weren't planning on swimming. The two storey house (4 bedrooms, 4 baths) had a main bedroom with ensuite and a twin room on the ground floor which was perfect size. The bonus was the very large open kitchen which had everything you needed to make any meal you wanted. Appliances were new and utensils were very clean and in excellent condition. I was impressed that they had a hand blender which was a god send for me when making food for the little one. The layout was perfect because I can watch the kids eat at the dining table or play in the living space while I was in the kitchen. The home theatre /movie room was a treat for all of us. Loved the quality gas bbq pit in the patio.
Upstairs the same bedrooms and a separate living space with board games and a huge balcony. My brother-in-law and his family stayed with us for one night and it was definitely very comfortable for 7 people in the house.
The winter rates are excellent value. All in all, very good quality and tasteful furnishings, practically new appliances, very big rooms, extremely clean, great layout, had everything you needed to make your stay very comfortable. This house was even better than my own!

We stayed for a long weekend with two other couples - the three-storey luxury duplexes are just a tennis ball's throw from the beach with amazing views across Geographe Bay and are certainly at the high end of the market. Its the only place we have found where three couples can each have their own bedroom with private ensuite bathroom, and there was even another 4th bedroom/rumpus room downstairs with 2 double bunks, TV and bathrm / laundry (which would have been a great area for when we all had kids with us a few years ago.)
We walked to the main Dunsborough township a couple of times for the exercise after all the eating and drinking. Its around a kilometre easy flat walk and very pleasant but we had cars for getting around to the restaurants and vineyards anyway.
The cost of $700 per night when split between three couples is pretty reasonable for what you get, we think. we will book this again.
