Everything was fantastic, they have thought of everything - lovely rooms leading out to a nice garden, great breakfast and a friendly couple. To top it off an amusing frenchman in downtown Dunsborough, we usually have to go to France for that!!! Will definitely stay here again.

We didn't realise this was a B&B when we booked, my husband was sure he wouldn't be a fan, I am glad to say he is now! My bookmark of a great B & B is the quality of the mattress and Newberry Manor didn't let me down! Our room was lovely and clean and the large bathtub was a great plus for my husband's sore back. The breakfast choices were outstanding, the 'Wakeup' smoothie was the perfect addition! Thank you so much, Sally and Serge for being wonderful hosts.

Room Tip: We enjoyed having our own entrance on the porch, will try the 'red room' next time though.

My husband and I stayed for 4 nights in February 2014. Serge and Sally were wonderful hosts, very friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble. We had a lovely room at the front of the house which had a huge bathroom. We were pleased to find that they now have a great swimming pool which we made good use of. We enjoyed the breakfasts and the property is in a good location not far out of Dunsborough. There is a lounge for guests to watch TV or a selection of DVDS and a glass of port if wanted. If we ever visit this area again we would definitely stay there again.

My husband and I stayed at Newberry Manor as a treat to ourselves. It was the first Bed and Breakfast we have ever stayed at and they have set the standard very high. We had the Orchid room which was upstairs. It was spacious, luxurious and had all the amenities you need and more. It was hard to decide whether to stay in or go out! Serge & Sally were not only accommodating but interested in what we were doing. The Lemon Crepes for breakfast were delicious, Thank You Sally! It was also great to see and hear that they have many plans for this little bit of heaven which would just add the icing to the cake! If you want to be spoilt then make yourself a booking at this little gem. :)

Thank you so much for taking the time to write us a review, We thoroughly enjoyed your company and we shall be looking forward to hearing how your future plan to run a B&B in the region will go. Just in passing, we noticed that there was a new listing for an established B&B for sale in Busselton. All the best to you. Keep in touch. Serge and Sally.

My husband and I stayed for two nights when we attended a wedding in Eagle Bay. Newberry Manor is quaint and stylish yet with all modern amenities. We had a very relaxing stay. The room (Rose Room) was beautiful and very clean. The bathroom was spotless and filled with lovely toiletries and all the little things you might need but forgot to pack (cotton buds, make-up remover etc)
Sally's breakfast was delicious and the menu extensive. Perfect for a post-wedding breakfast! Both Sally and Serge were genuinely friendly hosts and clearly take such pride in Newberry Manor. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. A weekend away here would also make a lovely gift for friends or family.
