Enjoyed three nights and two days at Newberry Manor, Dunsborough with daughter and her boyfriend. It was the first experience of a B&B for the young couple and Newberry Manor has set the bar high! Located close to town, this charming home exudes the natural warmth and generous spirit of the hosts, Serge and Sally. The bedrooms are luxurious with good quality linen, comfortable king sized beds, a small walk-in wardrobe and a minibar stocked with reasonably priced snacks. The bathrooms have a shower, a separate toilet area and a big spa. With thoughtful touches everywhere ... including candles and champagne flutes in the spa area and towelling robes. The breakfasts were delicious and generous The breakfast trifle and crepes a huge hit with us! The young couple enjoyed their smoothies and cooked breakfasts and I enjoyed the excellent bread and homemade jams. We appreciated the warmth of the wood fire on our return from a rainy day of sightseeing. Looking forward to returning soon!

Newberry Manor is ideally located for exploring Margaret River/ Dunsborough region.
Our hosts Serge and Sally were very friendly, helpful but unobtrusive.
Our room (Hibiscus) was extemely spacious, very clean and comfortable with tea /coffee making facilities, a well stocked mini bar with local wines.
Breakfast was superb, and the comprehensive menu included homemade jams, local breads and tasty smoothies.
At the end of a busy day expolring the region you are greeted by a log fire, chocolates and port in the guest living room.
We would highly recommend Newberry Manor.

Newbury Manor is just far enough away from the bustle of Dunsborough central to be wonderfully quiet at night despite being in the suite fronting the street. All impeccably clean and I loved the touch of having fresh flowers in the room. Breakfast was delightful and the menu comprehensive. Proximity to the wine region and the beaches makes Newbury Manor an ideal spot to explore from and return to recuperate for the next day. Sally and Serge are very gracious and welcoming. I thoroughly recommend Newbury Manor.

Relaxing, comfortable, clean, spacious, welcoming .... Sally and Serge have made Newberry Manor a wonderful place to stay and if we head for the Margaret River wineries in the future, then this will be our base. We were in Dunsborough this time for our son's wedding at Bunker Bay, just a short drive away. Sally gave us a very warm welcome and nothing was too much trouble throughout our stay. We loved our Rose Suite and the freedom to come and go as we pleased. Fresh flowers in the rooms and decorating the breakfast plates was delightful and being gently woken by an exotic bird dawn chorus was lovely. Seeing the two guinea pigs running round the garden was a treat too! Highly recommended.

It was an absolute pleasure having you both to stay - great to hear you enjoyed your stay. I hope returning to the UK wasn't too chilly after the sunny skies of Dunsborough!

We enjoyed our first stop at Newberry B&B a lot. The rooms are spacious and very charming decorated. Our room (Gardenia Suite) was facing the street but was very quiet and tranquil as only very few cars pass by that street. The breakfast was each morning a highlight, given a great selection and fantastic preparation of the dishes by Sally. Location is good with a 15 minutes walk to the centre and beach. Given the location at a beach side town it would have been great to get some beach towels (could be improved). Whilst we were there they just commenced the construction of an outdoor pool which will even further improve the offering of the B&B. Overall, a great stay with very friendly hosts.
