We stayed here for 3 nights between christmas and new year and could not have felt any more welcome. Sally and Serge are great hosts and very helpful. The property is lovely and the breakfasts great. A pool was being planned when we were there and that would have be good as it was very hot. There is a communal bbq which was excellent and very convenient after a day wine tasting. Location is also good being about 1km from the centre of dunsborough and a 5 min walk to the beach. We would definately stay here again but would probably just book the standard room, we had a spa on this trip but didn't use it. All in all a really good find.

Room Tip: we had the spa room as thats all that was left, next time we would go for the non spa as we didnt us...

Hi guys, after the pool's in we're planning to create an even better BBQ area, so you have to come again to check it out. Thanks so much for taking the time to write us a review and give us your feedback - it's greatly appreciated.

we arrived at Newberry Manor for a 3 day stay. we were pleasantly surprised by the stunning quaint exterior. We were greeted by Co-owner Serge who was one of the most lovliest people i've met! he gave us a full tour and has a wonderful sense of humour. he also recommended plenty of places to visit, which we took up and thoroughully enjoyed.

the room was beautiful. Extremely spacious and very nicely decorated. The spa bath tub was AMAZING!

we also met Sally, Serges partner and co-wner, who also, was a truly lovely lady!

i cannot recommend Newberry Manor enough! it was such an enjoyable stay and i will DEFINITELY be going back. they are in the process of building a pool too!

thank you! Annabelle & Lewis

Thank you so much for such a lovely review. You guys rocked! You came from mother England and brought along with you a full bag of smiles and laughter. It was brilliant to meet you and when you come next we shall pick the best day to go snorkeling together. We hope the remainder of your trip is a success. Take care and keep in touch!

I only stayed for 1 night, however I was able to appreciate the ammenities and location that Newberry Manor had to offer. Both Sally and her Husband were extremely friendly and offered many tips on the local attractions. They are located close to the beach and I was able to jog down tot he coast and enjoy a run looking out across beautiful water and the natural landscape.

The rooms are massive and the bathrooms are as large as my living room at home! Plenty of room to lay out luggage and still ahve space to walk around.

The breakfast menu which was included in the price is fantastic. The omlette that had was first rate. I could swear that the cook was french! (which he was)

As I was on business the only thing that would of made the stay perfect as opposed to brilliant was that I needed some sort of desk to work on in my room. I was offered the office which I graciously accepted so it wasn't a huge drama. More of a blip.

I'll be staying here again.

Thanks.

Nic.

Thank you so much for this lovely review Nic. It was a pleasure meeting you and we are glad you enjoyed your stay with us. It is great that although you were on a business trip, you managed to go for a jog along the coast. It is so beautiful. As you are into sport, you may want to know that Dunsborough and its immediate vicinity are hosting numerous sports events throughout the year: iron man, anaconda adventure event, Xadventure race (taking place in March 2013) to name a few.
We shall look forward to seeing you again.

Newberry Manor is an exceptionally well appointed guest house. Serge and Sally Le Goueff are so friendly and attentive. Both are extremely passionate about the welfare and comfort of their guests and ensure everything is just right. Breakfasts are superb (their smoothies are brilliant!). Attention to detail is great down to the basket full of chocolates next to the port bottle and glasses in the sitting room. With the installation of a swimming pool, (about to commence), it will be even nicer although it is so nice now even without a pool. We will most definitely stay there again. Defintely Five Stars!

Room Tip: We stayed in the Orchid room upstairs. Brilliant with its own balcony overlooking the garden. Bed is...

Our stay at Newberry Manor was AMAZING, We were looking for a nice quiet place to relax for one night and that is exactly what we got plus so much more. When we arrived the whole place looked wonderful, It was so quiet and peaceful and so much nicer than a hotel. The warm welcome that you get from Sally & Serge is fantastic! They are such lovely & helpful people, it was a pleasure staying with them. We stayed in the Rose suite and it was absolutely gorgeous with everything you would need plus so much more, the double spa was awesome so relaxing with beautiful candles. The Breakfast that we received in the morning was unbelievable and cooked to perfection and also included in the room rate. We will definitely be going back as often as possible and would highly recommend to all our friends and anyone who wants a nice quiet weekend away with exceptional service.

Our stay at Newberry Manor was beyond our expectations. The service was exceptional and Sally was warm and helpful during our stay. The location was within a comfortable walking distance to the Dunsborough township as well as to the beautiful beach/coastline. The room itself was unbelievable. We stayed in the Orchid suite upstairs which was very large, comfortable, clean and opened up to a gorgeous verandah overlooking the garden. In summary- Newberry Manor was outstanding in all the areas you would want: service, quality and location.

Room Tip: The orchid suite upstairs was extremely generous in size with all the luxuries you could want.

We could not fault Newberry Manor. From an initial enquiry, to the actual booking Sally was fantastic. We were there only for 1 night for a function down South and I didn't want to leave.
The upstairs room was amazing. Sally had thought of everything, all the little touches you expect in a 5 star hotel, you got it here and then some.
The breakfast was amazing. I rave on about this place and would highly recommend it. The best B&B I have ever stayed at.

Room Tip: Ive only stayed in the upstairs room but it was wonderful.
