All the plaudits are well-earned for this cut-above-the-rest accommodation over the beach at Port Denison. We (sadly) had only one night in a 1-bedroom chalet on our return from the north, but that was on a wet and VERY windy night when the sound construction of our dwelling was severely tested. There was not even a window rattling! These cabins are well designed to create a feeling of space which many others lack, and the décor shows flair and good taste rather than your bare basics.

The location is peaceful & scenic, and we'd love to return for a longer stay in one of the 2-bedroom chalets right on the seafront. Service & cleanliness are excellent and there is a good choice of eateries to choose from in the area. We enjoyed a gr8 breakfast at the nearby Starfish Café on the beach and a really good meal the night before at the Dongara Hotel.

Our members spent a week here in our caravans & thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We were impressed by the large sites all with new pads, their own water & power, & a bank of trees between each site. The managers were extremely helpful & friendly. The buildings & grounds were well maintained. Geraldton was less than an hour away so we spent a day there to visit the Fisherman's Co-op, HMAS Sydney memorial & the W.A. museum which had an excellent display of The Sydney, The Batavia story & the development of the local region. We walked along the fantastic beach & boardwalk several times & some members availed themselves of the well maintained golf course. A great week - very relaxing in a tranquil setting.

Not long booked in here for 2 nights and 1st impressions do count. Lovely big cement pad to park van and room to put annex up. The BBQ area is too die for. Just lovely. Showers, actually have doors that close and a descend bench to put your clothes on so they do not get wet. And CLEAN. The view from the Villa's is a honeymooners paradise. Can I find fault with this park.....in a word NO.....and did I mention that it is DOG friendly....yep. Lovely to see parks opening their doors to those of us that "choose" to travel with our dogs. So if you would like a park that does not "squeeze" you in onto a postage stamp and has excellent facilities that are clean, this is the place.
