Colin & Rita are the type of hosts you want to have when booking a romantic getaway for that special occasion. Their attention to detail is very noticeable from the comfy bed & recliner couch, & right through to the fluffy towels & homemade air freshener. They take pride in what they have created & make it their mission to make sure you are comfortable in every way. We enjoyed the coffee machine, the outdoor bar-b-que, the private outdoor sunken spa complete with fairy lights wrapped around the tree. We could choose to eat our meals at the inside or outside tables. The
decor was in good taste, the private lake was lovely. So much to do in the area including a beautiful walk on the Bibbulmen Track to Glen Mervyn Dam which starts from right outside the property. We walked it early before breakfast (1.15 hours each way), swam in the dam, then enjoyed a well deserving breakfast. Price was decent considering no expense spared in the creation of this lovely retreat.
