“Great to see especially on a hot day.”
Reviewed February 16, 2013 via mobile

This was pretty amazing something I've never seen before. It was $22 each and being cool down in the cave was great on such a hot day. So much to see and the tour guide was brilliant, new enough to keep us interested. There was a deal to also visit the other caves near by which perhaps would have been good to see but we felt like we were a bit caved out after the one. Definitely worth a visit if you are around the area.

“Loved it...a real gem!”
Reviewed February 14, 2013 via mobile

Taken round by James, he was very informative and made it a really interesting tour. Beautiful cave but the co2 levels were a little high when we were there and I found even I was breathing hard by the end of the climb out and Im quite fit! Well worth a visit

“Jewel Cave”
Reviewed February 6, 2013

Well worth visiting. Amazing natural rock formations. We had a good guide. There are a lot of steps to climb. I managed it, and I am over weight and 69! However, I only just made it!

“Beautiful Cave in Augusta”
Reviewed January 12, 2013

Visited the cave and though there are a lot of steps, there are a few landings where you can have a bit of a breather. Our 4 year old was able to do all 500 steps. The cave live up to it's name, a true jewel. There were a lot of chambers, great formations and the guide we had was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Interesting fossils. They have a well stocked souvenir shop and a cafe and an information area.
