Everything about this restaurant was fantastic! After spending the day walking on St Agnes, had an early reservation here as were getting the supper boat back to St Mary's. The food, service, wine were exceptional and was certainly the best dining out experience we had during our trip!

Food was simply amazing. My wife and I were in the isles of scilly for honeymoon and decided to check this restaurant out, after local reviews. Crab was out of this world. Food looked, smelled and tasted great. 3 course and coffee for under £30. Any where else in the UK, you would have to pay double or triple for food this good. St Agnus is also a lovely little island!

A beautiful setting on the lovely island of St Agnes. The choices are few but you are guaranteed fresh wonderful food. Great choices of wines too. Looking forward to another visit in September.
Don't forget to book as there are only 20 covers.

Return visit (for my birthday (supposedly a suprise but my wife doesn't do subterfuge - I hope!)) The food was, as always , beautifully prepared and presented. Service excellent. There is usually slightly less emphasis on seafood, i.e. there is now always a meat option, but the quality of everything just cannot be overstated. A completly wonderful resturant with a skilled antipodean chef. Only open in the evenings. If you can arrange it, you must go there.

We were really looking forward to this meal, but only one of us likes seafood, & there was no alternative on the two-choices-of-each course-menu. The proprietor had been on the mainland, & it had been shut for a few days, so maybe that's why. So it was a seafood starter (excellent), a sea food main (one of us thought it was excellent!) & both the 2 choices of desserts had cream in them ( a no-no for me) & I ended up with (very nice) cheese & biscuits. The wine was moderately priced, the waiter very helpful & it made a pleasant change from the Turks Head, the only other place on St Agnes to get an evening meal. Because only one of us is "into" seafood, I wouldn't rush back (it did say on the web site that meat eaters were catered for, which is why we booked.)
