My two experiences of this place were totally at odds with the previous reviewer. We are an English family and stumbled across this place when we were starving and thought everywhere was closed.
It's a scruffy cafe rather than a stylish restaurant but that's it's appeal. It was full of locals on both occasions but service was fine, the waitress working away like crazy and we were served at the same pace as everyone else. The simple garden is the place to eat.
I have travelled quite extensively throughout Italy and eaten pizza wherever I've been. I can honestly say this could be the best I've had. They are wafer thin, huge misshapen things but totally delicious. But it's the crusts that make them special, big bubbles of crunchy popcorn tasting dough - stunning!
The previous reviewer is entitled to their opinion but for me, this scruffy little place is an absolute hidden gem. The fact that it's full of Italians says it all.
