Our stay at Villa Damecuta Anacapri for 3 days was made memorable by Rafaella and her family. On arrival she offered us refreshments and advised us how to get the most out of our stay. The family made us feel so much at home by sharing their home made wine and typical home made pastries which was delicious ! The breakfast was served on the patio which had a beautiful sea view. It was simply delicious, with freshly grown produce from their garden, the Cheese and onion omelette was really yummy , and not forgetting the jug of freshly squeezed lime juice which was a request from my wife !

We wanted to have a typical local meal (dinner) in a restaurant, Raffaella recommended a restaurant with a lovely ambience and fantastic local cuisine .She also organised the hotel taxi to pick/drop us without extra charge. We had a very enjoyable evening with friendly people serving us.

Our room was decorated very tastefully . We were very comfortable and restful in it.We had our own little balcony which over looked the sea, it was a treat watching the sunset !

At the end of the 3 days we were sad to leave Villa Damecuta as it was home away from home! My wife and I toured Italy by car for 17 days starting from Venice right down to Sicily and stayed in 8 hotels, B&B and without a doubt we enjoyed Villa Damecuta the BEST ! May you go from strength to strength !!

Thanks Papa for transporting our luggage to the bus stop in your red Tuk tuk !

We will definitely return .

Thanks to Rafaella and all the family for the most wonderful welcome and care during our 5 night stay in their lovely home. From the minute we arrived, nothing was a trouble. We were able to relax totally. Even Couscous the ginger cat made our stay a memorable one. We recommend Villa Damecuta highly to anyone who wants to enjoy a unique B&B experience close to beautiful attractions on Capri, including the chairlift to the top of Mt Solero, the Blue Grotto etc. Rafaella, Carlos, Mamma and Cinca all worked tirelessly to meet our every need, Terrific value for money in the very clean, comfortable bedrooms and apartment. Thanks Carlos for transporting us and our luggage in your red 'ferrari' (3-wheeled scooter with tray)! Lots of laughs shared during our stay. Keep up the excellent standard. We can't wait to return.

Room Tip: We loved the apartment for space and kitchen facilities. We also enjoyed the lilac room with its two windows looking out to the island of Ischia.

We had a great two-night stay at Raffaella's place. She welcomed us with coffee and cold tea in her kitchen and explained to us how to move in Capri, what to visit, where to eat... Breakfast was delicious (best "cornettos" ever), beautiful cheese omelette, cereal, etc. and Raffaella tried to accommodate our preferences in every way. Moreover, Villa Damecuta is located in Anacapri which I liked much better than Capri, because it is less touristic, less packed and it feels way more real. It is a nice short walk into town and the room is exactly all you need (clean, spacious, silent, comfortable bed). All in all definitely a good pick!

Awesome family that went above and beyond to make our stay on a beautiful island special. Spacious, clean room that over looked the sea private bathroom. Very friendly and helpful in explaining sites and restaurants to visit. 10 min walk to town. Very safe island. Easy to catch a bus to other parts of the island. Everyone was very helpful. Shared Italian Easter desert with us. Huge variety for breakfast with locally grown food items. Free wifi.
