Just back from 2 weeks staying here and you need to be warned the villa is not as described!
It looks as good as the photos and is very impressive up on the hill but it lacks the amenities it promises. We had no hot water for the first 48 hours of our stay because the owners / agents had not checked it was working, and had not connected the thermostat, hoping there would be enough sun to heat the solar panels (there wasn't). Surely this is basic for any villa owner / agent.
There is only 1 bathroom for a maximum of 10 people. The ground floor has a toilet with a sink (not a bathroom) and has a bath in the utility at the back of the garage next to the washing machine! Even the agent had to admit he would never bathe in the garage. The 1st floor has a family bathroom with toilet, sink, and a bath, with a shower hose you have to hold above you. The master bedroom has a hot tub, again with a hose to hold above you. Definitely not 4 bathrooms as described and not what we call a shower, as that indicates a walk-in shower.
We had next to no internet for most of our stay. Repeated requests of the owner via the agent received various responses along the lines of 'You must have used your daily allowance of 2 GB and it will reset with another 2 GB at 4am'. If a villa promises internet it should be available all day for as much as is needed for the amount of people staying. I remember reading that the villa had an office to work from. There was no office there and with no internet how can anyone work nowadays?
The kitchen was poorly stocked. No basics such as wooden spoons for the non-stick pans, no peeler, no scissors, no can opener etc etc. The list goes on!
In short this villa is advertised as 5* and looks very impressive indeed, but practically it is not up to the job and is incorrectly described on websites to the point of being deliberately misleading.
