Don’t be fooled by any of the decent reviews - any travel agent supporting and promoting this hotel should be ashamed of themselves and I would love to see them spend a hard earned week here.
Absolute disappointment...

Location - Terrible. It’s much further from the beach than anticipated.
There is literally nothing around the hotel except a decent canteen shack - when it’s open (remember this as you will be hungry even on All Inclusive).
A tiny mini shop which is barely stocked, and a load of stray cats.
You will need to taxi anywhere worth a look - at a premium price.
€10 Afandou
€15 Faliraki
€40 Rhodes Town
You will find it hard to sleep as there are dogs barking and the resident Cockerel squawking at all hours.
The beach isn’t worth the walk in honesty.
All surrounding roads are derelict and you will be lucky for anything resembling a foot path.
This location does not show the true beauty of Rhodes.

Hotel itself-
Air con is not free - not even in the lobby and communal areas.
Do not buy food from the broom cupboard ‘supermarket’ - my children had a lollipop each and all 4 were covered in dead ants who had taken chunks out of them and huddled in the centre.
Rooms are dated, dirty and small. Even our ‘family room’ was like packing sardines and contained only a double bed and a single bed. I was too worried to use the pathetic excuse for a shower - I felt I would be more infected from using it! Pure filth.
Food - Not much choice for fussier eaters or children. The chips were delicious when served. (I’ve spent most of the week dreaming about a decent meal). All Inclusive option is a joke!!! No snacks served, no Ice Creams for the children, drinks were so watered down and provided in dirty small cups.
Breakfast was an absolute shambles !! We didn’t bother going down.
Not much choice at all and certainly not what I expected.
No entertainment provided at all. There is a tennis court but it doesn’t look like it’s been used or maintained in decades.
Staff were rude and not interested in any concerns from holiday makers. (except the evening Barman Nickos - he was great and made our stay).

The pool was decent and the only enjoyment.

A hotel with so much potential but clearly missing the mark. Best part of the holiday was catching up with other disgruntled families and finding out their bad experiences.

Please avoid.

After a weeks holiday to this hotel for which we were so looking forward to and worked hard all year for we were bitterly disappointed, good points of which the hotel had no control over was the beautiful weather, the hotel on all its adverts claims to be top notch when in fact it was rubbish, the food was appalling and a insult to decent people, one example pork was on the menu every lunch and every evening it was clearly reused meat ,nothing for children, the all inclusive didn’t even allow the children a ice lollie no deserts at all be prepared to pay for air conditioning even though it states it’s free ,the taxi driver said it’s known as the hotel gutter also to get anywhere is a taxi ride even to the supermarket completely isolated,no kids club no entertainment nothing such misleading adverts, would never go near the place again.

Good points - brilliant weather, I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy it’s located in the middle of nowhere we were told a few minutes walk to the beach but in reality it’s more like half an hour. The food disgusting and was the same every day and nothing for young children the all inclusive didn’t include ice cream for children and a lolly cost three euro the staff were rude if you complain totally unprofessional , hotel from hell the place needs closing down.
mark.

I had all including the food was terrible every day the same non-diversified breakfast is just a salami and a cheesy cheap cheesecake and some boiled eggs that smell terrible. And dinner and lunch chicken wings and a pork with fat fried or baked potatoes and a tzatiki sour. Beverages have only beer wine and uzo. Linen towels and baths are very dirty and bad smell. The first restaurant where you can eat is 3 km away and you do not have a means of transportation you have to walk on 47 degrees and there are no sidewalks. If you do not rent the car you basically eat the infected food from the hotel or pizza cogelata it prepares at the pool for 7 euros and if you have nproku to be good ripen if not excuse is that they have the old oven. I despise not recommend. By the way, for air conditioning you pay 50 euro fee or else you do the sauna in the room at 47 degrees

Good points- reception staff are lovely. Public areas lovely. Food not much choice but okay. Pool is lovely
Bad points - no aircon in public areas even dining area, not even a fan. Facebook page says free aircon, untrue it’s 7 euros a night. Love holidays says that there are balconies on each room, not true one of our party barely had a window. They moved her 2 days later and in the meantime have her ‘free aircon’ but as it should be free anyway??? No dessert at all?? Miles from anywhere, not 400m to beach it’s almost a mile. Bus service is a 30 min uphill walk away. Taxis available to Afandou but be prepared to wait an hour and pay 10euros to nearest town. If toilet roll is needed you have to ask. Luckily will never have to stay here again such a shame because managed correctly this could be a good place
