We were at europapark and left it too late to eat there before the park closed so popped in here on our way home without a reservation. Friendly manager who quickly sorted us a table. We got there just in time as, after that, people were waiting at the bar for tables to become free (and I did see one family who had seated themselves turned away). Buzzy atmosphere - cocktail bar meets restaurant - full of families, groups and couples. Basic menu of pizza, pasta, salads but the prices are very reasonable - c 9 euro for a generous sized pizza. There were only two guys serving all the tables and when i saw that, I feared that we were in for a long wait....Yet, despite the restaurant being full, they managed to keep on top of things and we found the service very attentive (with a bit of prompting). We tried both pizzas and pasta and all were cooked well with a good flavour. House salad was fresh and very tasty. ice cream at 1 euro a scoop is great value - our complete bill for a family meal was around 50 euro. excellent value indeed. nb We ordered in German but our waiter spoke good English. I spoke to the manager when we left and he said they had opened in may. Happy to be the first to post a review for this business and I wish it every success.
