Here is a small, well managed, clean, concept restaurant worth going to. The concept is the wood fired oven right in the middle of the place. They cook all kinds of things in there. You can watch, you can talk to the cook as they work, you can even see your own food cooking. The wait staff is curteous and knowledgable and they seem happy to be there; a sign of good management.
All the food we have tried has been wonderful, especially the wood fired pizzas. They also have great salads, entrees and desserts. We are there about once a month, and have never been disappointed. Give it a try, you'll love it
