The grounds that Casa Chueca is located on are beautiful - peaceful, spacious, lush, with a lovely pool and common area. The sound of crickets in the evening and the distant whinny of horses in the morning helps reinforce the feeling of tranquil country living. Our room was clean and simple (although a bit dark). Breakfast is included in the price, but isn't readily available until 8:30 am - too late for those needing an early start. As such, we were provided with a "breakfast box" the night before, which was mostly okay except for the lack of hot water (lukewarm since we had nothing to heat it with) or cold milk (also lukewarm since it wasn't refrigerated). This minor detail aside, our overall stay was enjoyable.
