We loved our 2 night stay at this great seaside hosteria. Guido and the staff are incredibly friendly and very accommodating. The hosteria was full on the second night we stayed but was super quiet even so, and the shared bathroom was always available. We ate a delicious "catch of the day"dinner there on our second evening.

Perfect location in unspoiled and relaxed Maicolpue, with breathtaking views over Pacific Ocean we saw dolphins everyday (we stayed 3 nights). Very nice staff and great pisco sour.

The rooms are basic and you share the bathroom unless you get a cabana.

We stayed only 1 night here but were more than happy with our stay.We selected a room with an Ocean view (well worth it!)which was basic but comfortable- and at a very reasonable price.Having the Pacific Ocean a few metres away lulling you to sleep was fantastic.
Maicolpue is a small village but the beach is right outside and the hostal was beautiful. There were places to eat in the village but we chose to eat in.Paolo cooked us an absolutely beautiful meal with lovely fresh in a dining room overlooking the Ocean- and there was a lovely wood fire burning.
We had a hire car(though there are regular buses to Osorno)and on the advice of Paolo we explored along the coast (very wild and beautiful) and took alovely walk along a nearby headland.
This is a place to relax and Paolo and Eli made us very welcome there-Highly recommended!

Room Tip: get a room with an ocean view

Hardly anything more relaxing than whatching the dolphins 'dancing' in the freezing green South Pacific waves, in this tiny village lost between clifs, waves, and fairy tale like woods
If you add the delicious breakfast ( that brought back sweet memories of my grandmothers, as everything is home made), while watching the dolphins, or simply listen to the ocean, then this definetly becomes a perfect place to get rid of the every day stress.
I spent 4 wonderful days at the Hosteria Miller; welcoming hosts, who made us feel at home, long walks by the beach, delicious food, and trekking in amazing places. Thank you for everything! I will return! Muy bueno:)

We have not been watching dolphins while eating breakfast, yet. In hosteria miller you can do that EVERY DAY! It´s a fabulous place which is run by grand people. They know a lot about the region, it´s possibilities,... and they will make your stay there really special! The talks, the food, the fun - we appreciated every second at Hosteria Miller and were treated almost like members of the family.

This place is Heaven on Earth...! We have spent a wonderful weekend in a rustic cabin, just a few meters from the Pacific Ocean. Maicolpue is a little and picturesque village, and the 'hostería Miller' highlights as a comfortable and quiet place to forget the urban stress. Their hosts, Eli and Paulo, are nice and warm people, always ready to satisfy guests needs; they really made us feel as at home.
Special mention deserves the wonderful kitchen, wisely run by Paulo: The food, fresh and delicious, combined local ingredients (particularly fish and seafood) with unbelievable salades and sutil desserts, achieving incredible flavors which overcome all our expectations.
I strongly recommend this lovely place to rest quietly, lulled by the mighty sound of the sea. Amazing location, excellent and cordial service to guests in a family enviroment, wonderful food, hostería Miller is a place where, definitively, I'll be back soon...

On my first trip to Chile I decided to spend 3 nights at Hosteria Miller as I’m keen on wildlife and seeing different parts of the world ect...
Having heard positive reviews of this place i can honestly say this was one of the most impressive places I have ever stayed during my gap year through South America.
First off the staff were extremely helpful and friendly during my stay, as i explained that this was my first time in Chile.
The place itself was extremely nice and relaxing especially when coming back from a day of exploring the surrounding areas.
Many thanks to all the staff for making my stay very enjoyable.
