Let’s get the flaw out of the way because for some it will be a deal breaker and I certainly understand. The bathroom had a slight yet noticeable sewer order. Smelt it only when in the bathroom and never outside of it in the sleeping area. It never went away so we used a room deodorizer we picked up at the local grocery store and lived with it. It was a tad off putting but we did not spend a lot of time in the room except at night so it was not a deal breaker for us. That being said….
Location was great in that it was close to Super Food market. We usually eat our own continental breakfast when traveling and having Super Food close was nice in terms of stopping at night on way back to the Inn and have stuff ready for the next day. I did observe the people at the inn who partook of the breakfast you can order and pay extra for and it look very nice. Also, something to be said for taking a nice leisure breakfast outside and greeting the day slowly. I, however, like to hit the road in search of adventure more than sipping coffee and munching on a delicious pastry. Unless, of course, it is at a very unique and local eatery.
Nice launching point for us as we stayed here as a way to explore more of the North side of the island such as the California Lighthouse (which is only worth a very short visit on way to have fun at one of the northern beaches such as Arashi beach which is a very nice beach for some snorkeling and not very busy), Old Dutch Windmill (barely worth a drive by as it is worn down and more bar than landmark at this point in its history), Bubali Bird Sanctuary (another only good if you have extra time and want to say you saw it but it lacks care and wildlife from the viewing tower was dismal, better to walk around north edge by Old Windmill and look into hidden coves as you will see cool turtles, crabs and birdlife), Alto Vista Chapel (worth seeing, I liked slowly cruising up in our car to enjoy the feeling of making a pilgrimage to the site, and try to go at 8:45 so you beat all the many tour vehicles that arrive there at 9:10 as it seems to be a first stop for many atv tours), Bushiribana Ruins (too many good things to mention here, suffice to say it was better than I thought it would be.)
So as you can see it was a nice location. We did (as we rented a car which was a very wise move if you are on the island for more than few days and wanted to explore things on your time table) travel to the South part of the Island from this location and the access to the main road was nice.
Room was stylish with a nod to chic. Not a lot of channels on the tv but ggod reception.
Only used pool once to cool down and rest for two hours in the hot afternoon before heading out for the evening. Was nice cool temperature and clean with very comfortable poolside lunge chairs. The pool is in the enclosed courtyard with all the rooms which made the place more like an oasis.
Cliental seemed very mature. Not only because many were older but the younger ones were respectful and all seemed to understand that this inn was for refreshing and relaxing and not partying.
Staffs that we encountered were helpful and friendly.
I would consider staying here again and think that if you want a clean, quiet place away but not too far away from major tourist people then this fits the bill.

OMG!!! Best place EVER!!! We LOVED it! we are not resort people, we love learning about the culture of places that we travel to...this is TOTALLY the perfect place for us...very clean, staff is AMAZING, could not have asked for more! it's the type of place where you literally will meet and make friends for a lifetime ; )))

Room Tip: there are only 18 rooms all on one level...we have been twice and loved both!
