We go to the New Wei Tai every time we are in Aruba. I think it's the best Chinese food on the island.
This year they had a new menu, with more seafood dishes. In the past, we've totally enjoyed their seafood dishes, but we were accompanied by someone who can not eat fish, so we stuck with other dishes. All were very nicely done, with good fresh vegetables.
The appetizer selection plate was a little old fashioned, with mostly deep fried stuff, which lacked flavor. (try their lettuce wraps instead!)
The General Tao's chicken was very nice with a great sauce.
The Chinese vegetables were nice and crisp, with a good assortment.
The Singapore noodles were tasty and well flavored with a great assortment of ingredients.
Beer was CHEAP! Almost as cheap as buying it in the store, and less than half what Senor Frog's charges for the same bottle.
The staff are attentive, and efficient, and friendly. They do a booming takeout service too.
