Was greeted by Avigail at front desk- helpful and friendly! The room is clean- and bottle of water and cookies provided - the restaurant is as good as five star deluxe: and such lovely service from the staff especially Akram Abeed and faiz. what a selection and all fresh! A true bargain - no need to go out to cafes nearby. The pool is fine and across the street is a mall and beautiful beach- easy to walk to without the shuttle service.
Definitely recommend!

Ganim is smaller than the adjacent Dead Sea hotel, which actually proved to be an advantage. Fewer people and no groups so it is calmer and more relaxed. Excellent service, in particular in the dining hall. Nice pools but rather small and good spa.

We recently stayed at the Isrotel Ganim as a family of 5. The food was excellent, the hotel common areas were nicely kept inside and out and the staff very attentive. The kids club also kept our younger children entertained.

There are a few things to note, however:
1. If you have young children and require a connecting room, your only options are to have one standard and one deluxe room. The deluxe room can hold 3 people and the standard 2, which meant that we had a small, narrow room whilst our kids had a larger room.
2. You cannot rely on the shuttle bus to and from the beach. We waited for it at the beach and it never arrived, even after calling the hotel twice to ask of it's whereabouts.
3. In other hotels in Israel there is normally complimentary water bottles in the room, this does not happen at the Isrotel Ganim

Overall, we really had a lovely time at the Ganim and would stay there again.

I’m a regular visitor to Israel and to Isrotel Ganim in en bokek for many years. Whenever I return I feel like I’m coming home.I love everything in this hotel. I come to relax and this is the perfect place to do so. The room service is outstanding. They makeup beds and give us new bathrobes and clean up the room .

I love the variety of food in the dining hall. There is something for everyone’s taste. The waiters and waitresses are very polite and knowledgeable .

There is a wonderful spa here with many important services such as massages and 2 salt water pools and a dry sauna. There is also a giant outdoor pool.

Every night there is popular entertainment with jazz band.

Although we stayed in a family room apparently there are all kinds of accommodations like studio, standard, junior, garden rooms and so forth to accommodate everyone’s needs

Last but not least all the rooms overlook the beach with a beautiful view. Unfortunately the rooms don’t have a balcony.

We had a wonderful time here and are looking forward to come back next year.

P.s.
Especially thanks to Tanya from the dining room.
