“Dinner at Wildflower Cafe”
Reviewed November 20, 2013

We had a wonderful dinner at Wildflower Café. The butternut squash soup was very tasty, as was the crab cake on greens with a wonderful sauce. The pizza was really good, and so was the veggie bean burger with vegan onion rings. It is a great place in Watkins Glen to go for dinner. The atmosphere is pub like. The waitresses were quite knowledgeable and very polite.

“Good beer but skip the food”
Reviewed November 11, 2013

There is not much open for restaurants here at this time of year so we ended up here. The beer was good but the food lacking... A small piece of chicken lost in the roll and I never did find the cheddar cheese in the sandwich. A $2.00 up charge for fries.... My husband's glass of Amaretto was CRACKED so he did not finish the drink and there was no compensation for what was left in the glass. Most restaurants are open on the weekend only for dinner so think about when you go or take food!

“Burgers n Beer”
Reviewed November 5, 2013

Great value. Food was cooked as ordered and very tasty. Fries and onion rings were light golden and fresh, not frozen. Obviously the oil in the fryer was clean and segregated so it didn't infuse strange flavors into the fried foods. The beer samplers made it easy to find one to suit our tastes and the service was spot on. Next trip to the Wine Trail we'll definitely stop here again.

“Good beer and food”
Reviewed November 2, 2013 via mobile

Went to this place for a late lunch while doing the "beer trail". The service was efficient and the food had good flavor. The meat was a bit dry. The beer was pretty good too. Surprisingly, it wasn't busy either.

“One of the top 3 brew pubs in all of upstate NY”
Reviewed October 31, 2013 via mobile

Try a local grass fed burger with local goat cheese on it. I paired it with a Hop Warrior ale made 50 feet from the bar I was sitting at. Nothing better after a long bike ride.
