Absolutely love this hotel. Excellent location for visiting the wineries and the rooms are gorgeous. From the hardwood floors to the extra comfy beds, this is not your average hotel. Have also eaten in the restaurant. Breakfasts are very good but pricey. Will definitely be returning.

I have stayed here twice, and it is just a wonderful place. The rooms are a little expensive, but they are beautiful and very well kept. We did have an issue with our air conditioning unit, but the staff were very attentive and friendly, and it was fixed immediately. The hotel is right in Watkins Glen, which is a great little town. We were able to walk to just about everything we needed. We were there for a wine trail tour, and most of our favorite wineries are close to Watkins Glen. This is the perfect place to stay!

Room Tip: Ask for a room with a patio overlooking the lake. Also, be aware that room 232 is next to the fitnes...

This hotel is in the perfect location accessible to all the wineries and a gorgeous view! The Harbour Hotel is beautiful yet cozy, the service is top knotch, the accommodations are excellent. The natural soaps/products for guest use is a nice touch. My husband and I loved the Blue Pointe Grille and it's racing memorabilla showing the history of Watkins Glen. We attended the ICE Party with ice sculptures, great food, specialty vodkas and fun music.

Room Tip: Go with the Lakeside Room!

My husband and I always stay at this hotel when visiting the Finger Lakes. All rooms are beautiful, spacious with large-size bathrooms, extremely comfortable beds, a refrigerator and even a make-up mirror with built-in light. Lake-view rooms have an unobstructed view of the Seneca Lake. Service is impeccable, they even provide self-serve coffee service by the elevators in the morning. The restaurant has excellent seafood selections and a complete wine list from local wineries.

Room Tip: Ask for a lake-view room with a patio, they have the best view.

Beautiful Hotel. We went for our annual girls wine trip and this was by far the best hotel yet. We stayed on the lakeside which the view was outstanding. Breakfast and dinner were also great. Staff was very helpful. We are already planning on staying there next year!

Room Tip: Book lakeside to get a wonderful view!

My husband and I just returned from 40th anniversary celebration at this lovely hotel.
It is situated in the heart of the Finger Lakes. Our room overlooked beautiful Seneca Lake. The dining room was very nice. Everyone was very eager to make our stay enjoyable.
It was a little pricey but inquire on specials throughout the year.

We booked here based upon recommendations from co-workers. It's definitely going to cost you to enjoy this place, but it's worth it. This is a fabulous hotel! The hardwood floors throw you at first, but you learn to love them. Great rooms, great location and wonderful staff (for example, they call after you order room service to make sure you were happy with it). Stone showers are just the best way to start your day. Next time I will upgrade to balcony though - nothing like opening up a bottle found on the wine trail and enjoying it as you lounge on Lake Seneca! Harbor Hotel has it all - and should be especially proud of the most accomodating staff.

Room Tip: We were celebrating, so spent the money for the lakeview. We were disappointed we didn't go for...
