A great courtyard setting in an ancient town that every year has more eateries. They do everything right here- an astonishing repertoire of foie gras. Signature dessert of prune and Armagnac soufflé. Can be very pricey, but equally the outstanding lunch menu is often great value. Service immaculate and intelligent.
