I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Park Hyatt. The staff was a marvel- from dinner reservations to transfers to laundry to check out, all my needs were met with professionalism and kindness. The Hotel premises are lovely and well situated. Stone Town's Shangani Street is a short stroll away. The view of the sea from the beach from rooms is beautiful. My room was nicely appointed and well finished. I thank the staff and my Concierge Mr. Amos. Great Stay!

Everything was great! They just need to keep the glass surrounding the pool clean so that the ocean can be seen clearly. More food options would have been nice. The staff went out of their way to help.

I came for a few days to Zanzibar after climbing Mt Kilimanjaro and I was very positively surprised of how interesting Stone Town is and absolutely loved my stay in Park Hyatt Zanzibar. The room was stunning with a beautiful sea view, the breakfast excellent and everyone in the staff was super nice and welcoming. I hope to visit soon again!

Cannot fault anything here. The only issue is the cost. You do get what you pay for admittedly but at almost £500 a night, it should be made of diamonds and gold 😂! I would love to stay at a Park Hyatt every trip but I’m not sure I can justify it!

Exactly what you expect from a Park Hyatt. The hotel is located about 15 minutes from the airport and the hotel sits right on the beach. The staff was very friendly at check in and through out our stay. The staff will escort you to and from any location in stone town (which I highly recommend at night). Breakfast buffet was amazing with local food and a great setting on the terrace. The rooms and bathroom were very clean and modern. Location is right in the beach so you can see a beautiful sunset and it is only steps from the castle and other attractions in stone town. We stayed here for one night before our Safari and that was the perfect amount of time to see the city. We did come back to Zanzibar for a beach stay across the island.
