We spent New Years Eve lunch on the terrace and enjoyed a fantastic meal with chilled white wine. The view is incredible. Make sure you make a reservation for dinner.

We were in Stonetown and looked up this place through reviews on Tripadviser. And to be honest the place nor the food disappointed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They have an option for vegetarians too. You don't have to opt for a 3-course meal and can ask them for specific dishes. We had the the tortellini and it was one of the best we have ever had. The ambiance of the place is superb. Only you have to call them in advance before going to book a table. Little pricey but definitely worth visiting.

We booked for a sunset dinner on the roof terrace by email. The restaurant sent us the menu in advance, so that we could choose our dishes and when we arrived we had been given the best table overlooking the ocean. They even had my name typed up on a little card on the table. We had chosen the 3 courses for $40 deal, however, before the starters arrived we enjoyed some excellent cocktails and some complimentary pizza bites, foccacia and other breads. Each course that followed was exquisite. To start, potato gnocchi with prawns and courgette, followed by Brazilian beef fillet with potato, aubergine and suleiman sauce and then an iced mango parfait to finish. The wine was perfect and very reasonably priced. In addition, the service was exemplary, attentive yet not obtrusive and each member of staff was extremely friendly. At the end of the meal, the chef visited our table to check that everything was fine. All in all it was a perfect way to spend our last night in Stone Town and with a final bill including tip of £80, extremely reasonable. Highly recommended!
