We were in Albany for a family wedding several years ago, and wandered into Watertown while out site seeing. My Dad who was a new Elk in our current home town in Oklahoma, spied the Elks Lodge up there, and we all decided to go in to say hi. Well let me tell ya folks... Those boys, and lady Elks, or Echos, as they were called at the time, welcomed my Dad with open arms. They bought him a drink, and even game him a pin of their lodge even though he didn't have one to trade. Cannot speak highly enough of those kind people, and hope to visit again. Thanks for being so nice to my Dad.
