This hotel was booked for a local softball tournament my family attened. Renovated? They just painted over the dirt. This hotel was the worst I have ever stayed at. They staff was rude. We did not even get house keeping, no one ever came to make up the room. We had to go to the linen room our selves to get towels. They told us when we booked that there was a pool. There is only a hole in the ground. It does look like they have since taken that off there web site.

This Inn has had major money put into renovations on the outside and the rooms.
The lobby and breakfast area is all new, excellent job and appearance.
The rooms have been totally done over, from new paint, wallpaper, furniture, tile, towels and linens. We found the look very modern and clean. The towels were of good quality.
Even the a/c units are new. We have stayed at the Hampton before, but at almost half the price, it left more money for shopping. We will definitely return.

When we saw the outside I wanted to drive off, but gave them the benfit of the doubt, they DID have signs up explaining that they were remodeling. So we overlooked the pothole laden parking lot and old 70s decor on the outside. The front staff was very nice and helpful I must admit. But when we got into our room...what a nightmare. The lamp was broken, the bathroom was disgusting, the room was just overall old and dingy. The ceiling tiles in the bathroom were stained and falling down and the tiles in the shower were mildewed and gross. Luckily all we were there to do was get some sleep and were scheduled to check into a different hotel the next day. If I had the choice of staying at this hotel again or sleeping in my car, there would be no second guessing and I would be curled up in my Toyota Matrix. TERRIBLE.

First off, the Inn is under construction, so expect dust and noise. My room seemed fine except for the dingy carpet, but my collegues room was way worse. Not only was his carpet moist too, the sliding door did not shut all the way (there was a good 3-inch gap!) and wouldn't even lock. When he went to change rooms, the front desk person gave him another room that was already booked with someone in it! Overall, I think management is trying to spruce up the place, but until they do, I would not recommend staying here.

The rooms are spacious, offering coffee pots, microwave, fridge, t,v, and more, Breakfast is available every morning for free. This hotel sits in the middle of Watertowns shopping district. It is older but clean and kept up well.

We have been staying at the Inn, way back when it was Quality Inn with Perkins
attached, loved it then and still do. I agree it could use some updating, but you can't
find nicer people. decent continental breakfast, clean rooms and beds, mico wave
large portable fridge, desk and chair, extra table and chair for the price anywhere!!!!!!!
We stay here many times a year, they even take Cdn. money at Par. We try to park near
the door extrance to make taking things in easier. We even have our preference in
rooms if they are available. We have never seen a bug EVER. Like most people today
price is an option and with CAA also you can't beat this hotel unless you want to pay
140.00 a night and to uppity to stay at the INN. We have never stayed anywhere else
in Watertown and never would. Also have patio doors which are great in the summer,
we try and stay on the bottom floor and we can sit outside our room, relax and read etc.,
if your upstairs you can do the same on the balconys.
If you are down to earth people give it a try. Have been with my husband or a break to shop with the girls.
