We've been to Sboros a few times while visiting family in the area. It's probably the best place that we've eaten in Watertown recently. Prices are very reasonable, although maybe a little high when compared to other restaurants in Watertown. Most meals are in the $17-22 range, including bread and salad.
During our last visit, we started with a drink at the bar, followed by dinner.
The drink list is not amazingly extensive, but is sufficient. There are 3 drafts beers and most of the normal (mostly domestic) bottles. They have about 2-4 types of each style of wine. The drink prices are very reasonable.
Most dinners start with a large side salad...either house, caesar or antipasto.
For dinner, I had the Art's Ribeye (a large ribeye, normally covered with mushrooms...but I had onions, along with a garlic sauce)...$21. My wife had the 'cajun' chicken and pasta special...$18. Both were very good, although I think the garlic sauce could have been more garlic-y and the cajun sauce could have been much more spicy, but I am sure others would feel differently.
We really enjoyed the meals, but unfortunately had absolutely no room for any of the desserts (which looked really good).
The servers were very friendly and helpful.
I'd definitely recommend Sboros if you'd like a 'nicer' dinner while in Watertown.
