We last stayed here 2 years ago and were upgraded to a King Ocean Front Villa, which was luxuriously comfortable with superb views across Beau Vallon Bay.
Using HH points we decided to pay the extra and upgrade ourselves this time, just to make sure.
Our EK flight arrived early in the morning but after breakfast and a short wait, we were in our Villa by 10:30 - excellent.
As are all of the Villas, ours was beautiful with stunning views over the ocean.
Although there have been a number of staff changes since our last stay, the current team are superb.
The only disappointment for us was at breakfast. One of the breakfast cooks cannot cook eggs. Getting something as simple as an "over medium" egg was impossible, it was served either raw or burnt to a crisp. I even tried an omellette, but that came back as a chees souffle. We were not the only ones to suffer the "egg" experience, one morning the couple at the next table sent the eggs back 3 times!
That said, if the inablity to cook an egg is to be a deciding factor in where you stay, you need to get out more.
With a marvellous location, stunning views and a great team, it's very difficult not to have a great vacation here.

Room Tip: Splurge a little and get an Ocean Front Villa.

The hotel is great,the service and the staff are amazing,so friendly staff. Myhusband and i stayed in a hillside villa,ocean view, it was great!!!!the beach is awesome and good for snorkling. June is a great time to visit seychelles.the best beach is called beau vallon and it is 10mins walk from the hilton....the food in the hotel is very expensive but u can walk to beau vallon and have lunch or dinner there,it is much cheaper.we are happy we made the right choice by chosing hilton northholm.

We stayed during our Easter vacation on this beautiful hotel. First thing said, as Hilton Diamond they upgraded our book to oceanside villa. The villas are fantastic. Decoration is unique and we loved every single details in it. In a daily basis they visited the room in the evening to give you a local gift and useful information for the following day. Every morning, you could find in your door, a page with the news in from your original country. The bathroom is probably the most beautiful one I have ever seen, and I am quite of a traveler. The beach is very nice and you can snorkle in the sorroundings with hotel material. Restaurant for breakfast and buffet dinners is in a privileded location... But the best thing in the hotel was its managers and some of the staff. They were very nice to us, and in every single claim, Maria and Federico (if I remember well the names) acted very comprehensive and helpful. Expect that the service is not as professional as you could find in a big town, but they perfectly reacts to whatever claim you have and listen to you. Unfortunately we had to stay in Seychelles for longer than expected. And I say unfortunately, because Air Seychelles broke its plain and they sent us to a different hotel in the island... and I am telling you... it was supposedly a good hotel too, Berjaya Beau Vallon, and in our opinion, we moved from white to black... we just wanted to leave the hotel and fly back to our home... believe me, if you ever go to Seychelles, choosing Hilton is worth it. We will sure come back. The infinity pool... almost forgot! This pool is unique... the one negative point goes to meal prices, they are abussive. The quality of the food do not respond to the high prices, but you don't have any other chance unless you pay a taxi ievery night to find other restautants in the island...

I absolutely loved this hotel!!! Everything was perfect from the time we made the reservation online through check in until the end of our (unfortunately) short stay. The villas are amazing, they have everything you need. Beautiful bed with baldachin, large terrace, jacuzzi and walk through shower, lovely furnitures and the nature all around you. Hotel staff were also very nice and the food in the Oceanfront Restaurant and Bar was very delicious! The infinity pool was nice, a bit cold perhabs. Overall, I am very happy with our stay here and can't wait to be back!

We spent 4 nights here in March 2011. We had originally booked 5 nights but upon arrival, we were offered a night at Labriz. As a Diamond Honors member, we were offered an upgrade to a deluxe oceanview room. We stayed in Room 104. It was very nice.

The room was cozy and even the bathroom had a view of the ocean. It was awesome.

Breakfast was included as Hilton Diamond members. You could order items from a menu which was great as the food always came out hot. Alternatively, there is a buffet to choose from.

There is internet access in the room but not wireless. The speed was adequate for our use.

Hilltop Restaurant - breakfast and dinner is served here. Dinner is buffet. We tried it one night when the theme was seafood. There is a different theme every night. The quality of the food was high. There were various items to choose from that were cooked to order (shrimp, scallop, various types of fish, squid, octopus). Everything was very good.

Le Cocotier Restaurant - we ate dinner here one night. The cost of our meal here was not anymore than the buffet. It was also of high quality. I had prawns with pasta and it was very good and my spouse had australian lamb which was also very good.

Bar - the same menu is served all day. We ate lunch here a couple of times. The fish and chips, club sandwich and spaghetti bolognese are all good. We also tried the Quesadilla and Pad Thai but they were not to our liking.

Room Service - the menu is the same as the bar and the prices are the same although the menu states a charge for delivery, we were not charged for delivery.

Taxis at the airport are not metered. It is a good 30 minutes from the airport to the hotel. The first taxi quoted us 50 euros however, after finding the Hilton Labriz representative, he negotiated a taxi for us for 35 euros. The hotel also offers transport for 35 euros. I would email them prior to arrival to arrange so you do not have to worry about haggling with the taxi cab drivers.

Once a week, the hotel offers free transport to the Botanical Gardens. Admission was 200 SCR for 2 people or 15 euros. However, we were not too impressed with the Botanical Gardens.

There is a manager's reception every Thursday with complimentary drinks but only 1-2 drinks are offered per person.

As a Diamond Hilton member, we were offered 20 minute massages at the spa for myself and my spouse. The spa environment is very nice and the treatments were nice.

There are no kids allowed at the resort which made it pretty peaceful and quiet everywhere you went. There is only one pool and it is small. There really is not much of a beach here, especially during high tide.

If you plan on visiting other islands, my recommendation is to arrange it prior to arriving as there is not a tour desk at the hotel. We did not visit any other islands as we were content just relaxing at the Hilton. It was really enjoyable just hanging around and doing nothing.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Seychelles.
