Stayed here for one night at the end of a long trek in the High Atlas. We were greeted with refreshing pots of mint tea which we drank whilst sitting in the delightful garden listening to the Imam calling the faithful to prayer at the local mosque. After eight nights in a tent with no shower or proper toilet, to have a comfortable room furnished with lots of local atmosphere and its own little bathroom was sheer luxury! It is a very, very simple place but provides good, simple food, clean rooms, lots of hot water and comfy beds all at an extremely reasonable price.
If you are looking for luxury this isn't it. If you want a day or two where you can relax in peace and quiet yet be centrally-located in this busy little town which is the last outpost before the ascent into the High Atlas, then you will find this hotel perfect.More
