I stayed in Studio apartment. Very nice though beach view from apartment balcony was limited. On the back side is the road and sometimes was noisy. The room was clean and all basic amenities were there. You can't expect Five star facilities for this price.

Veda for quite helpful. My personal thanks to her. Though no one is available after 5 PM except a security guard but overall the property was good.

Room Tip: May choose larger rooms other than studio and away from Road near beach.

My third stay here. Very calm and private, unlike huge hotels. Service at its best with very friendly people. Lovely room. 10/10 for the cleanliness! Has direct access to the beach and is walking minutes away from restaurants and a supermarket, pharmacy, and other shops. I love waking up in the morning to the lovely garden, the sound of birds and waves. Will definitely come back here whenever i need to recharge! Thank you very much!

Résidence C'est ici is a very nice place, but it doesn’t completely correspond to the description on their homepage.
Our studio is marketed as 60 sqm, but in reality it’s only about 40. (Maybe they include the balcony?)
They describe the place as being in a peaceful garden. Its true on the bedroom side, but what they don’t tell you, is that on the kitchen side, you have the very busy main road through the village.
The kitchen is said to be fully equipped, but we missed things like a can opener and a spatula, to flip over an egg or bacon in the frying pan, and some other items.
The AC lived its own life and didn’t behave like we wanted. The roof fan was impossible to steer. You could choose between storm, no wind at all, or constant variation.
The TV was a small fat one ond the wifi varied.
So, would we return to Résidence C'est ici? Of course we would! The place is lovely, even if it has its flaws. It’s on the best part on the best beach. It’s very comfortable and the staff is very nice. The cleaning is immaculate. (How can they keep all sand away, when it’s directly on a sandy beach? Excellent.)
There are many good restaurants within 5-10 minutes walk.

My second visit for a long stay. Calm and a place to be in a tropical garden with character and attitude. Privacy and friendly people guarantee. I fully recommended. You like intimacy and nature directly located on one of the best beaches. It will be your place. However family, couple or single its one of the best place to enjoy Mauritius and to start discovering the island. I love it. Come back soon. Merci for all. Compliment on stuff and owner.

Local Mauritius. A few two storey simple, chilled out, basic self catering appartments set in a garden right on the beach and rubbing shoulders with swanky 5 star resorts. Fantastic friendly service, access to their sister resort, Le Sakoa, next door if you don't want to cook. Brilliant supermarket and chemist next door.
Amazing safe easy cheap way to stay in Mauritius with small children.
If you have small ones what more do you need than to wake up and see the sea from your window; let the children run wild safely in view in a small garden, right on the beach; eat lunch at a great place next door; play on a safe beach 20 paces from your appartment; put them to bed and sit on the terrace sipping rum sundowners and eating great local takeaway. Amazing stay with, as the french say, our feet in the water.
Proof that Mauritius isn't only for honeymoons, nor only accessible on big budgets.
