Ashford Cottage Bed & Breakfast
Ranked #5 of 7 Warwick B&B and Inns

Beyond the fantastic decor, ambiance, location and amenities, the ashford cottage is boils down to one thing...Hospitality!!! Terry the inn keeper is amazing! From his breakfast cooked and presented to perfection to his conversation and/or tourist suggestions. He truly makes the ashford experience very special. My girlfriend and I stayed in the emerald suite and will definitely be making a trip to the ashford cottage in the near future. There really is no better place to stay in Warwick!!

This BnB is at the top of the quaint and cozy scale. Terry, the owner, is as warm and welcoming as a close family member. A true gentleman. As many of the travelers stated, the rooms and entire facilities were immaculate with a very high attention to every detail. We stayed in the Heather Suite which as a tub, a sitting room and a small bedroom. The tub, despite Terry's opinion, will absolutely fit two average sized adults. There are no other rooms with a tub. The fire place in the Heather Suite is not wood or gas so don't assume it will be anything spectacular; it's more like one of those Amish fireplaces that you see on QVC. Other rooms have gas fire places. The location is a 0.3 mile walk into town so it's perfectly located so that you don't get noise from the town but are close. Trouble is that the website leaves a lot of unanswered questions about the rooms which may lead you to pass up this gem of a B and B. I used these Trip Advisor ratings to solidify my decision to stay here and I was not disappointed at all. Good luck.

The Ashford Cottage is the best B&B my wife and I have ever stayed in and we have traveled all over the world using them. The owner has updated the old house by remodeling it and furnishing it with antiques throughout, which include furniture, clocks, paintings, lamps, etc. It is done in a very tasteful way and each room is totally inviting to guests. It has been on the City Tour list and has won acclaim. The owner, Terry Coleman, is a very delightful manager who personally prepares quality breakfasts for the guests each morning, which are tasty, filling, and gormet quality. The B&B is centrally located and it is an easy walk to the shops and restaurants in the Village. It is a definitely worthwhile staying there and it is a stop that will long be cherished and appreciated!

Room Tip: The room on the first level with a private entrance is very good, as it leads to a patio and paviil...

Ashford Cottage is THE place to stay in the Warwick area. The cottage is everything a cottage should be. The special touches in every corner, romantic and cozy decor, modern and updated and emaculately clean. We rented with our friends so had the cottage to ourselves to relax, play games or watch a movie and drink wine.

The area is wonderful, so close to great restaurants that our host Terry can recommend to you. We did several wine tastings too.

Best part of the cottage: our hosts, Terry and Liz. They cared for you like you are family and the detail in every course of the breakfast was made from their heart, and so delicious. We were sad to go! We will be back for sure!

Thank you Terry & Liz!!! See you in the summer so we can relax by the pool!

Room Tip: All rooms are very clean, romantic and spacious. Two out of 3 have fireplaces.

So this was all a surprise to my wife and I as our family and friends took us away for our 15 year anniversary to this great place. As soon as we walked through the door we were greeted by Terry with a smile. Terry and his wife are the wonderful couple that runs this B&B. Such a relaxing and warm atmosphere. Breakfast was absolutely fabulous. Location was great. My wife and I will definitely be visiting again.

This stay was amazing.

Outstanding cottage...Outstanding hosts...Outstanding location...Outstanding service. I can not recommend this place highly enough!!!! It was an amazing weekend....about a 100% times better than what we expected it to be. So much to do in the area and onsite if you choose to just relax.

Would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family!

I was just here yesterday for my 15th year anniversary. It was amazing! The house is beautiful and the decor was outstanding, but Terry and his wife added everything to this trip. Terry welcomes you like family!
It was like something out of a story book the way they cared for you. They paid attention to so much detail. I didn't want to leave today. It was so quaint there photos doesn't do this B&B any justice. This is located right next to the down town area and near tons of wonderful restaurants and stores. We loved it so much we decided to stay here every year.

Room Tip: I loved the all the rooms our group rented the whole house but our room was my favorite it was a nic...
