For those who like nostalgia and history, then this is the place where you should go. The place transports you back in time, yet gives you modern amenities that makes your stay very comfortable. Added to the physical aspects of the place is the warmth and excellent customer orientation of the inn keepers. John and Peg make you feel at home, as if you are visiting friends. The breakfast is good. You should try out their Irish pub called Yesterdays - unpretentious, good food and great vibe.

We spent two nights at the Inn and had a wonderful stay. The Inn is peaceful and relaxing and we had no complaints. The owner is a wonderful and attentive gentleman and breakfast was a treat. We stayed with our 2 year old son and had no problems at all - we will definitely be back!

My wife and I stayed here one night in September during the annual Rennaisance Faire in Tuxedo NY. Don't let the advertised Faire rate of $99 make you think this place is only worth $99. The inn is a very nice b&b with the usual ammenities plus a nice fireplace and jacuzzi right in your room. John and Peggy were great hosts. We asked for a dinner recommendation for that night and John certainly didn't "push" the restaurant he owns in town called Yesterdays. Being a somewhat fussy eater and with going out to dinner 3-4 times a week, I must say that this pub/restaurant was by far one of the best we've ever been too. Never have we seen such a vast menu in such a place. And the food and service, with John helping, was fantastic. Breakfast the next morning was perfectly timed and again great. After breakfast we asked for a recomendation to go apple picking and he suggested going to a place right down the road, that didn't have the usual corn mazes and hay rides, but did offer spectacular views of the mountains. Again another great find. All in all from the time we got there to the time we left, we had a great time. Will definately stay here again and again.

My wife and I enjoyed Labor Day weekend at this charming B&B. John & Peggy were thoughtful, considerate hosts and the breakfasts were served just the way we like them. As long-time area residents, they were able to provide helpful suggestions on things to do in the area. The room was large and comfortable and though we didn't use the jacuzzi, it certainly looked inviting.

My daughter was getting married and we booked the entire B&B for our out of town guests. Peggy and John were wonderful. The rooms were clean and gorgeous. Everyone said the beds were so comfy and loved the gas fireplaces. Peggy and John treated my guests like family and bent over backwards to accomodate them. The breakfasts were great. The day after the wedding my husband and I joined our guests who stayed there plus other couples who attended the wedding to have brunch together. Peggy and John went that extra mile to make sure brunch was to die for. Everyone was raving about it. Thank you, Peg and John, for making the most stressful weekend of my life a joy! You took care of every need of all who stayed there. We recommend this place to everyone we know.
