Brunetto's is right of Exit 23 from the I-87 Northway, so it's super convenient, but the building is kind of confusing from the outside and I'd guess many drive past and never notice it. That's definitely their loss.
Inside, the place is warm and rustic, yet upscale, with these great wood-slab tabletops. It's a smaller place, so it has an intimate feel. The atmosphere is superb.
The food is excellent and gourmet in every sense, yet at reasonable prices. The steaks and seafood are sure-fire, but the real must-have item is the braised pork shank with raspberry glaze and mash. It's unreal! You'll talk about that dish for the next week.
Since the prices are reasonable there's a good mix of locals and out of towners. The place is a win for all!
