CP offers free wifi and is a favorite spot for a light lunch and some laptop work space. They stock quality coffee and have a full range of espresso drinks, and have great lighter fare (pastries, soups, sandwiches, and generous entree salads). Their cookies are baked fresh on-site and are amazing!

Orders are placed up front and delivered table side, rather than a standard waiter style restaurant. Food is made to order and is always quick. Also, they do not have a deep fryer, so children's options will be off the list of healthier real food without the option of fries & chicken fingers (they make an awesome grilled cheese for the young and young at heart).

They offer super yummy specialty coffees that have you wishing for more once you reach your last drop. The food is great- from salads to clubs and wraps and panini's..you name it- they have it. Great atmosphere.

Wonderful homemade soup and grilled sandwich. Reasonably priced. Good choices. The desserts looked wonderful but we did not indulge. Great cup of coffee.

Cole and Parks is an alternative to Starbucks and other such coffee/sandwich shops. It's located in a remodeled old home just off the NY Thruway at exit 45 Victor/Rochester. We like their baked goods and specialty coffees. Their breakfast wraps, etc, are done with a lot more flair and taste than your donut shop would do. But the facts (a) that it is so conveniently located and (b) that it has a drive-through window makes one believe one could grab something quick while on a road trip. This is not the case. The most recent time, we simply ordered a latte, regular coffee, and two pre-made pastries, and we waited at the drive-through for around 10 minutes. This is quite typical. For eating in, however, the atmosphere is very nice, the rooms are well-decorated. There is even some outdoor porch seating when the weather permits.

Cole & Parks is a poor excuse for a coffee/breakfast house. Walked in for a Breakfast meeting. I saw 5 or 6 people in the back & nobody upfront. Guy at front on phone with friends and walked into back to continue conversation when I arrived. After 4-5 "Hello's" it appeared the guy phone was telling someone to go take care of me. Very little food in the pastry display case. The Croissant was day old and burned. Went to their coffee pots and the coffee was cold. Ironically, they had great service to make sure you knew to not dare get an extra cup of coffee from thier cold thermos's. Told the girl about the old/cold coffee and I got the space cadet " Ohhh!". This place appears to be run by kids who can't spell customer service. Why is this place in business?
