Tried Giovanni's again last night for the second time. They have a relatively small menu with 3-4 specials. The staff was very friendly and a lot of folks eating obviously were regulars and knew the staff. Our waitress was nice but very busy and we waited quite a while between visits, especially when we had finished our meal.
Wife had the special, stuffed haddock over risoto. I had the chicken florentine. Wife said her's was the best she ever tasted can could not say enough good things about it. It was excellent. The florentine was good, nothing exceptional. Subtle flavors, could of used a bit more flavor for me.
They have a lot of wine options but we did not try any last night.
Overall impression is one good food, a bit pretentious but friendly atmosphere and cost that is pretty expensive.
