While not as convenient as staying right at the Casino, this was half the price and the rooms and service were just as nice. The shuttle to/from the Inn ran 24/7 and the breakfast served the next day was great.

Great overnight stop for our motorcoach group! Rooms were lovely, casino was fun, food was great! We also included the breakfast buffet the next morning prior to our departure for Cape Cod. Our travelers enjoyed being able to relax for the evening in their rooms, at the pool or in the casino. This was our first experience at Turning Stone and we would definitely return. We were lucky to have glorious weather for our trip to New England and Turning Stone Resort & Casino being our first night on our journey, set the tone!

When Wendy and I set out on a seven-day pilgrimage to follow The Outlaws this summer, we needed to stretch our dollars as much as possible. So, we chose this motel one mile down the street from The Turning Stone Casino. This place was interesting - no elevator and the back door emptied out into an area for employees to smoke. UGH! The room, however, was OK for our needs, that is, a place to lay our weary heads after a rockin' concert. If you're on a budget, this is your place in Verona, NY.

Room Tip: Ask for the ground floor if you have mobility issues. No elevator.

The room looked great and was clean. Unfortunately, despite appearing clean, there was an unpleasant smell in the room. When we told the front desk about it a girl came with a "neutralizing spray" and squirted it at the walls in a couple places - as you can imagine it didn't do much. The air conditioning unit would not keep running so the room stayed at around 75 degrees a little warmer than we would have liked. On the upside, the bed was very comfortable.

We spend 3 days at the Inn. We had been there before. The room was perfect, very clean and the staff very pleasant. We had brought friends with us and they all loved it especially the shuttle bus service - we waited approx 5 mins. at the Inn and at the casino. That service is perfect and it was very appreciated.
I am recommending this hotel to everybody. It is cheap in price, close to the Casino, the continental breakfast is good and all the staff very pleasant.
We are going back in Oct.

It was our first visit here for 3 days and when we got there they gave us a room facing the highway and there was too much noise so we ask for another room and they gave us 560 facing the parking lot. This room has a very bad smell to it. It was the day after the heat wave and what saved us was that we turn off the air conditioner and left the window wide open all night. We ask the housekeeper what the smell was in the room and she said she did not know but would put some air freshener which help a little bit and she said we also go down and ask for another room. It was noisy in the hall and the room next to us for awhile but then it calm down. No soundproofing in this Inn. Besides that the room was very clean and comfortable. Shuttle was very convenient. Good value if you get a good room.

Room Tip: Rooms on the parking lot side are quieter.

We were actually in the Verona area to visit family and friends, not to gamble. We booked three nights at the Inn for $80/night. We weren't expecting much going in, but the hotel still failed to meet our low expectations.

I understand it's a no-frills type place, but I was disappointed that the Inn didn't have any kind of fitness center, let alone a pool. The continental breakfast was probably the least appetizing one I've had since I last stayed at an offramp roach motel in the middle of nowhere. If you're just looking for a place to crash when you're finished gambling, I guess the Inn at Turning Stone is fine. The room was reasonably clean, though the bed was rather uncomfortable. I had forgotten just how much smaller a double bed was than a queen, so my wife and I had two relatively restless nights before we gave up, checked out early, and spent a night in the Adirondacks instead. If you have a few extra dollars, go stay at the Marriott down the road.
