It did get a little warm in the bar but we all had a good time. There were enough tables and chairs. The bartenders were very gracious.

We dropped by the Recovery Sports Grill after a long day on the Adirondack Scenic Railroad. It was very busy but were seated efficiently. As time went on and we waited for our food, we noticed that the line for seats was building and that, while some folks were beginning to be finished with their meal, no one was available to seat new patrons. Several groups left without being seating. In our personal situation, service was efficient, the food was good, though the prices were a little higher than we felt were warranted.

Sunday night (10/6), my friend and I decided to stop in at the Recovery Sports Grill before a visit to Turning Stone Casino just across the street. We were promptly seated and received our beverages in short order. (A hint...just don't barge in and sit down..you might be missed...but, not on purpose). We both ordered the Reuben and fries and both of us found our fare to be delicious. Out wait person, Erin, was right on her game and helped to make our visit a smashing success.
This wasn't my first visit...myself and about 10,000 brother/sister firefighters descend on Turning Stone every June for the NY State Fire Chiefs' Convention... and keep the Recovery Sports Grill hopping. Never been disappointed there...and, will certainly go back again.

I've been here many times and it's nothing to write home about. The perks are you can watch eight televisions and tune a mini speaker that is on your table to any game that is playing. The food and service is okay. It's like your typical Applebee's or UNO, etc. There is a little arcade/game area which makes this very children friendly but if you are not part of the noise, it can become loud and annoying. I'd ask to sit away from that area if possible.
