I ate at the Marketplace Pub and Deli earlier this week. The atmosphere was Adirondack with a gas stove and "chunky" wood tables. There was a stuffed fox over the bar and a mounted deer head. I found the place charming! The menu was flavorful with lots of choices for substitutions which really pleased me as I prefer creative meals. I ordered the turkey on ciabatta with gouda, spinach, and cranberry relish. For a side dish, I ordered the butternut squash. Both dishes were yummy! The bar features some craft beers, and there were a number of desserts available. Everything appears homemade. For take out or eat-in, the Marketplace was one of my favorite places to eat during my stay in Tupper Lake. I will be going back for more good food!
