Really well-run site, good choice of well-kept pitches. Incredibly clean showers and toilets and useful features such as outside hose for rinsing sandy wetsuits etc. Pizza delivery one night and you can order bread and croissants etc. to collect in the mornings (not the best but acceptable). The sandy beach in a lovely bay is the main draw nearby, just 5 minutes walk from site. Need car or bikes to access anywhere nearby with restaurants and shops. Pont-Croix and Audierne are a nice cycle ride, lovely seafood restaurants in Audierne plus more sandy beaches. Despite wet weather the toilet and shower floors were kept really clean.

We have recently returned from a two week stay at Camping Pors Peron. We received a friendly welcome upon arrival and found Colin and Adele to be helpful and obliging throughout our stay. The site is kept clean and tidy. Pitches are of a reasonable size and most are separated by hedges. The toilet block, whilst it could not be described as luxurious, is quite modern, clean, well maintained and perfectly adequate. The new covered and heated swimming pool is very pleasant (and warm!). The site has a friendly and relaxed ambience. We did, however, experience one occasion when the peaceful nature of the site was disturbed. A group of around thirty people occupied a few of the wooden cabins over a weekend and, unfortunately, were not as considerate towards their fellow campers as we would have wished. This was particularly noticeable on a Saturday evening when they all gathered together outdoors. The noise persisted until past 12.30 in the morning, which we did find annoying. We appreciate that this can always be a potential problem with large groups and would hope that this occasion was a "one-off". The site is in an ideal location, being only a few minutes walk to a sandy beach and the beautiful coastline. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay thanks, in part, to the glorious sunny weather over the whole two week period!

This is a really lovely campsite on the Bretton coast in Finistere. It is run by a super couple Colin and Adelle who seem to go out of their way to ensure everyone is happy and comfortable. It caters for Tents, Caravans and Motor homes and also has a sprinkling of static Chalets and Glamping tents.

The site has clean and modern facilities and is pretty with a small friendly site feeling about it.

Good facilities on site including washing machine/dryer room, pot washing areas, Freezer, Wi-Fi, a small shop in the Reception building offering day to day basics inc. Wine and fresh bread every day.

There is also a large children's play area, away from the Caravan pitches so noise is never an issue.

The pitches are all different, mostly level and a ggod size. The thoughtful planting ensures everything looks lovely and gives good degree of shelter and. Privacy.

A Pizza van comes to the site once a week and a Crepe van another night. There is a lovely little beach just down the road, maybe 100mtrs or so, fabulous cliff walks and great cycling country.

The toilet blocks have been rebuilt since we were there about 5 years ago and are kept really clean.

It is only abut a 7 minute drive to a beautiful medieval town of Pont Croix or maybe 10-15 minutes to Douarnenez, a lovely fishing port along the coast.

Retired with a small- medium size caravan, we ended up staying for 6 weeks and loved every minute of it.

Room Tip: Takes Caravans, Motor homes and Tents plus does Glamping

On a whim my husband and I booked ourselves and two young sons a week in one of the caravans. We had a wonderful stay. The site is lovely and very well laid out. There is a great kids climbing frame, swing set and trampoline which my boys loved. Everywhere was clean and tidy. Good facilities all round and we loved that you could order baguettes for the next morning. Just 300 metres down the road is the most beautiful sandy cove. We all loved it and spent a lot of time there thanks to the good weather we received at the end of August when we stayed. The cliff top coastal walk (GR34?) was stunning as well. This site offered us the quiet and relaxing break that we all really craved at the end of the summer holidays and I will definitely be returning at some point!
