We have stayed at this hotel on many an occasion. The staff can't do enough for you, the rooms are clean and if you need anything you are greeted with a smile and it is done immediately. The manager Pam is always available and we look forward to seeing her to catch up as she is so personal.

This was the worst hotel ever. We thought the Clarion name was a safe pick...WRONG! The first room smelled like moldy shaving cream. There were red (blood?) and brown (feces?) stains all over the shower stall. We asked for a different room and were given one on the first floor by the parking lot. The toilet didn't flush and shower/tub didn't drain. Curtains did not close and sheers were ripped so everyone could see in and we saw cars coming and going all night. Wi-fi did not work. The maintenance manager stayed in the adjoining room to us and followed us everywhere. Creepy. Toilet seats in the ladies restroom by the lobby were covered in feces. We complained again at the front desk when paying our bill, but there was no apology. They deducted $20 from our bill of $152. I developed a skin rash on my face the day we left ... from the pillows(?) ...that lasted 2 weeks. This hotel is ruining the Clarion chain's reputation. Disgusting!

Older hotel style (recently changed from another brand per the clerk) that has been revamped with fresh carpet, tile, etc. We had a king bed room, which had a very comfortable memory foam topped mattress.

We could not get the WiFi to connect to any of our devices. The desk clerk was no help, but I did not bother to call the vendor supplied 800 help line so not sure how easy it would have been to resolve.

Standard chain hot breakfast - waffles, egg patties, sausage patties, bacon, pastries, and cereal. Was a bit surprised at the reconstituted egg patties as there is a restaurant on site at this hotel; I expected slightly better. (We did not eat at the hotel restaurant in the evening.)

Type of hotel I loved when motorcycling as the bike could be parked for the evening and you had a restaurant, bar, and pool right there without needing to ride out again once your boots were off!

We stayed here for one night as we were in the area visiting the museum and doing some shopping. The motel is older, but clean. The pool is on the colder side, but fine for a quick swim. Breakfast was plentiful and well maintained. The front desk staff is hit and miss, dependent on who you got. Some were very bored and didn't really care. Others were very helpful to the extent of printing maps out for us to help direct us places.

This hotel was decent for the price. It is an older hotel in pretty good shape. One of the reasons I chose this hotel was because the picture of the outdoor pool looked nice and I thought we would enjoy it. After checking in we went directly to the pool which was old but in decent shape. We jumped in and to our surprise it was freezing. Obviously it was not a heated pool as one would expect in upstate New York. We stayed in the pool for about 5 minutes as that was all we could handle. The beds were comfortable but bathrooms were very small. No refrigerator in room. Very basic hotel. Front desk staff was not friendly at all. The girl didn't seem to know the layout of the hotel at all as she told us to enter at door C which was very far from our room. The room was actually steps away from door A. What's up with that? Probably won't stay here again.

Room Tip: Ask for a room not on the lower level.

We picked this hotel because we were moving and needed a place to stay midway between old and new homes. We were pleasantly surprised by an excellent room for a very good price. The room was well equipped except for lighting. There were only three lamps with three 60 watt florescent bulbs, not nearly enough light. But the bed was excellent, the couch was comfortable, the room was roomy, well equipped with fridge and microwave. The WiFi worked flawlessly and didn't require me to log in again every time i restarted the computer (a really annoying trend in many hotels with free WiFi). Breakfast was decent with wheat bread and wheat English muffins some mornings. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We had an excellent meal in Marcella's, the in-hotel restaurant. When I mentioned lighting and a problem with breakfast in a review to the hotel, they responded directly to me and said they would work on fixing both issues --0 very impressive.

We (couple and 2 kids) stopped at night on our way to Niagara falls. We wanted to get a decent sleep but the curtain did not cover the window, so the kids woke up too early.

Beside, thevroom was basic with 2 double beds and not queen as we expected.
