Billed as a steakhouse, this bistro is adjacent to Lemon Grass, but offers chicken, duck and fish in addition to the nice cuts of Certified Angus Beef and Kobe beef. It includes a nice bar. Service is very good and food has been consistently good.

We enjoyed a beautiful meal and our server was unbelievably professional and kind. Loved the atmosphere. We were tucked into a back corner (but didn't feel like we were forgotten at all). The reason why I didn't rate this as "excellent" is because there is a section of the menu where it doesn't even list prices! My rack of lamb was excellent, cost was $32.50. Lou ordered this awesome shrimp, rice, and curry dish, cost $22. But the drinks were SO expensive.
*The people seated near us almost fell out of their chairs when they got their bill! When I asked what happened, they said just their drinks ALONE came to $185. WHAT?!?!
So if you have the money - or carefully ask your (kind) server what things cost, beware!
*Oh and the bathrooms were fabulous and spotless.

Ordered a wine special...bottle number one was turned and so was bottle number two which makes it kind of obvious why it was "on special"...a sucker punch for those waiting to be taken. Ordered two special entrees and they both turned out to be the most expensive items on the menu. I was not looking for bargains but came away feeling they were ready to fleece me. I do a lot of high end eating out and am not skittish about a big tab but this all seemed more than a little cheezy. Also had to ask for coat check and had to find our own coats on leaving as nobody was around to elp after waiting a good bit.

The menu various from trip to trip, but the food is always excellent and the sevice is always flawless. The poutine is pretty good (too good to be real poutine), the crab case is AWESOME, and the salads are amazing. A regular stop and always worth the money.
