“Typical Olive Garden”
Reviewed September 9, 2013

Our server was great. We really appreciate the lighter fare options and I found a new one tonight. The vegetable lasagne with chicken tastes decadent without the guilt. I did find that this is the most blandly decorated Olive Garden that I've ever seen. Thankfully, it doesn't affect the food.

“Scrumptious meal.”
Reviewed September 3, 2013

I had the Chicken Scampi and couldn't believe that I ate the whole meal. A 9 oz. glass of wine too. My husband had the Spaghetti and Meatballs along with a Large Draft. The whole bill was $47. Unheard of here in Canada. We'll be back.

“Good food and service, bland atmosphere”
Reviewed August 21, 2013

I'm going to cheat and clone a big part of my review of an Olive Garden in another city, because it is accurate for this one. No point in writing new words if the experience is identical.

As the saying goes, "if you've seen one you've seen them all." This is a standard Olive Garden, indistinguishable from many others I've been to.

But that doesn't mean it isn't still a fairly good place to eat. The food is quite good, and the dining experience predictable--sometimes a desirable factor when you aren't in the mood for a culinary adventure.

As with the dozens of other OGs produced from the same mold, the decor is fairly simple and the music a bit on the boring side. But if you find that tasty food and the companionship of those with you are what matters most, you will ignore the blandness of the environment.

While this is a function of the time of day, day of week, and specific wait staff, for our visit today the service was very friendly and attentive.

“Disappointing”
Reviewed August 18, 2013

Have been to Olive Gardens in many cities and have found them to be very hit and miss. First time dining at this location and it was definitely a miss. Service very businesslike and efficient but lacks any real charm or warmth. Ordered the Tour di Mare and all my food was cold. Raviola clearly baked on the plate was stuck and rubbery. Shrimp scampi fritta had not even the tiniest hint of garlic and the shrimp alfredo was tasteless. Everyone else at my table had simple pasta dishes they all said were just OK. Soup, salad and breadsticks were pretty good as would be expected. We were not even asked about dessert as the goal here is clearly just to turn tables. I would not go back.
